Hi im Nicole and right now I am going to introduce myself.My full name is Nicole Anne Flores and I am 16 yrs old, I live in St. Vincent brgy 1 and I'm studying in CST-R, I only have one favorite sport,and that is swimming I really love swimming it can make me relax when I'm m so stress, in eveything swimming is like my comfort zone, and I also like hanging out with my friends because they're one of the reasons why I'm smiling everyday, they always make my day memorable. Hanging out with them is something you wont feel in your daily life.

I am Kirsten Panie, 16 years of age I am a 11th grader of Humanities and Social Science. My hobbies are watching movies,it really entertains me when I get bored. Singing is also one of my favorite hobbies while playing with my guitar and lastly playing online games. When pandemic started I really got into online gaming and I met so many internet friends who also played with me. I still don't know what my dream Job is but I want to be successful in the future.

Swimming, in recreation and sports, the propulsion of the body through water by combined arm and leg motions and the natural flotation of the body. Swimming as an exercise is popular as an all-around body developer and is particularly useful in therapy and as exercise for physically handicapped persons.

Football is a game that millions of people around the world play and love. It can be called a universal game because every small and big nation plays it. Moreover, it's a great relaxer, stress reliever, teacher of discipline and teamwork. Apart from that, it keeps the body and mind fit and healthy.

Volleyball is a very famous game played by enthusiasts and professionals all over the world. It is a team game played with a ball among two teams. Each team has six members. The volleyball court is divided into two halves by a net. The two teams remain on either side.

Tennis is a game played with two opposing players (singles) or pairs of players (doubles) using tautly strung rackets to hit a ball of specified size, weight, and bounce over a net on a rectangular court.

Taekwondo is a sport that uses the entire body as a weapon to attack and beat the opponent with his hands, feet, elbows, knees or any part of his body.Not only a key interest, it in some ways defines me. Its tenets of Courtesy, integrity, perseverance, self control and indomitable spirit have guided me in life through challenging times, through injury, Ill health, work pressures and social interactions.
